General
How do I secure a booking?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the full amount is required to secure the scheduled date. The balance of 50% is payable in full on the day of completion.
How do I go about booking your services? What is the payment like?
So you have decided and would love to have us to cover your big day, we will email you an e-invoice.
The total amount and modes of payment will be indicated in the e-invoice and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to complete the confirmation.
Issuance of the invoice does not mean the date is “soft-booked”, the date is still open and available to other enquirers. Booking is deemed complete, and the date blocked for you, only when the deposit is received and acknowledged.
The balance amount will be due three (3) days after the wedding/event day. Additional charges incurred during the wedding day will be billed and payment to be made within three (3) days from date of wedding/event day.
How many images will I receive?
All good photos will be edited and returned. Typically, clients can expect to receive a minimum of 40 photos per hour of shooting. However, this can vary depending on the specific details of your event.
Where are you based?
We are based in Singapore.
What is your turnaround time?
For Wedding day/ Pre-wedding services, final photographs will be provided within 4-6 weeks after the shoot.
For Family photoshoots, final photographs will be provided within 2 weeks after the shoot.
What gear do you all use?
Our main camera bodies are the Sony full frame cameras. For lens, we use various premium Sony GM lens to capture your heartfelt moments.
Do you require food on our wedding day?
Yes, please! A simple meal for us (grab food, bento set) during the quieter moments, such as the period of time after the first march-in, would be greatly appreciated.
Can I have the raw files please?
No. Raw files are like uncompleted work that we do not provide to our clients.
Can you edit your colour to a certain style?
Each photographer has their own style of shooting/ editing which we hope is what draws you to us.
If there is an alternative style you prefer, it would be best to reach out to someone who is best able to shoot/edit that style.
For Shot-list wise, feel free to let us know what shots you’d like before the shoot / wedding day.
What is your postponement/cancellation policy?
After the booking is made, you can postpone your wedding for any reason without any additional charge or loss of deposit, as long as we are available on the rescheduled date. However, if we are not available, the deposit is non-refundable. It would be good if you can check with us for our availability first before you confirm the postponement. If you cancel your wedding event, the deposit is non-refundable also.
Do you offer videography as well?
We do photography only, but we can recommend a few great videographers if you need one too.
Do you work well with videographers?
We work well with all experienced professional videographers.
Are you able to produce Express Highlights slideshow for our wedding lunch or dinner?
We can provide Express Highlights slideshow for dinner only and if production time has a minimum of 5 hours uninterrupted break. This service is chargeable at $300.
Do you shoot alone or do you have an assistant/2nd photographer?
Our photographers shoot alone at most jobs. All photos on our websites are of weddings/events covered by an individual unless otherwise stated in the individual album.
Request of an assistant / 2nd photographer can be raised and will be billed accordingly.
Do we need to meet up before booking and/or before the wedding?
Not necessarily. But we are happy to hop onto a phone call / online meeting to get to know each other better if you prefer. All of our works/portfolio are available online for your viewing.
If you need any clarification or discussion, feel free to drop us a text or call.
We don’t really have a firm wedding program ready yet, how many hours should we book?
A typical day with gatecrash, tea ceremonies, lunch or dinner banquet will require about 10-11 hours. Church wedding without banquet, 4-6 hours. A simple solemnisation lunch, 2-3 hours.
We recommend booking the required number of hours as close to these estimates as possible.
We understand that it is not always possible to know the exact number of hours you will need at the point of booking, so you have the flexibility to extend up to 2 hours from your original booking when your program is firmed up or even on the wedding day itself (Simply top up the extra hour(s) to the balance amount due after the wedding). The reason why we only allow max 2 hours extension is because we sometimes shoot 2 weddings per day.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help in any way we can.
